Prevost 'Orange' Push Button ISO4414 Safety, Zero Pressure Disconnect Couplings
These would normally be fitted on the compressor outlet or pipe work to protect the hose in front of it, i.e. every time the hose is disconnected it has no pressure in it so it cannot cause an accident, this is compliant to ISO4414 EN983. There is also an 8mm hose tail version as they can be fitted to the working end of the hose to add protection when using extension hoses.
An added benefit is the two year 'leak free' warranty when replacing coupling and plug, this effectively pays back the extra cost in not having the compressor running to cover leaks.

Each hi-flow hose comes with a standard 1/4" BSP female fitting at each end and is individually shrunk wrapped. These hoses are High Quality GP1 Supreme with a 300psi 4:1 burst pressure. Top quality at a competitive price.

High Temperature Hose
Stoflex Booth hose is a 9mm EPDM rubber hose, blue outer skin, black inner liner. It is Anti-Static and will withstand 100 degree's under pressure when the oven is in use. Standard assembly has 1/4 BSP female nuts fitted. ERC version can be used to supply air to booth waist belt breathing sets.

Coiled airline
Prevost Polyurethane, non scratch coiled hoses. Blue, soft touch PU ideal for use with blow guns, small low consumption air tools etc. Fitted with a pre-tefloned 1/4 swivel male at the long working end and a fixed pred-tefloned 1/4 male at the other. All have non scratch PU spring guards.

BG2OSH and BG3PRE are high quality non scratch composite blow guns, with brass insert 1/4 BSP female inlet, and O ring seals all round internally. These guns are ergonomically designed for comfort and stay 'warm' in use. They have built in 'hanging' points for storage.
BG2OSH features OSH non dead ending tip, when closed off tip pressure drops to 1.93 bar (28psi) in use side holes act as venturi's to increase air flow for efficient dust cleaning. BG3PRE single hole tip, full flow non scratch composite blow gun.
