Static Treated
white, coated polythene is produced to be antistatic yet paint
absorbent. Masking time and cost is cut to a minimum. It clings to
the sides of vehicles leaving hands free for taping, a booth can be
fully masked in as little as 20 minutes! It will not allow paint
penetration, is impermeable to water, dries quickly, is suitable for
recycling and sticks immediately. Due to special treatment the paint
stays on the film, all printed to be visually “use this side”
evident.
We have three types of Static Treated Film to meet all markets, starting with:-
Economy
film available in both 4 and
5 meter widths, this entry level masking film has the same treatment
levels for static adhesion and paint hold as the post popular 4m
masking films in the UK market.
Polymasque
offers a much greater
flexibility it is slightly stronger than the economy, Polymasque
is made with modern blends of
polymers producing a high quality translucent film, impermeable to
both water and solvent based paints, making it softer, easier to cut non snagging
film, all those
that trialled this product have ordered in bulk. Fits most of the
modern dispensers.
Top Gun
is
further enhanced giving the same basic features as the Polymasque but with
added paint hold, it is the easiest to handle film on the market,
complete in a dispenser box for total ease of use, or will fits most
of the modern dispensers. Easy application roll unfolds to a full 4
